What to Expect from Sessions

Your initial session will consist of intake questions; this means that we will be doing everything we can to get to know who you are so we can provide the best possible support for you. Our primary concern will always be meeting your individual therapeutic needs, which requires getting to know your history (i.e; family of origin, relationship history, work life, health, social life, previous therapy experiences). We know that it can be intimidating to reach out for therapy, especially when you don't know what to expect. If you have any specific questions about the therapy process we would be happy to answer them to help put your mind at ease. Please don't hesitate to call or email us with any questions or concerns.

Following the initial intake session, you can expect us to address your concerns using therapeutic techniques that fit your individual needs.  Our role is to help you make the changes you hope to see in your life. We are happy to see you for as long as needed, there is no session limit.
